Meet the Mom Behind Mad Mom's Logistics
Hi, I'm Tiffany Johnson, Founder and President of Mad Mom's Logistics LLC.
I started Mad Mom's Logistics in 2022 as a single mom with a whole lot of determination, a strong work ethic, and an idea that logistics could be done a little differently.
And by differently, I mean better communication, stronger relationships, real accountability, and a whole lot less runaround.
I didn't start with a big corporate office or a massive team. I built this company one customer, one carrier, and one relationship at a time, by answering the phone, working hard, and doing what I said I was going to do.
Around here, your word still means something.
Why Mad Mom's?
Yes, there really is a mom behind the name.
Being a mother has shaped the way I run this company. Moms know how to juggle seventeen things at once, solve problems nobody warned us were coming, and somehow figure it out when Plan A goes completely sideways.
Turns out, that translates pretty well to logistics.
Freight is unpredictable. Trucks break down. Ports get congested. Appointments change. Things happen.
I can't promise something will never go wrong. I can promise you won't be left wondering what in the world is going on when it does.

Mad Mom's has grown from a one-woman operation into a nationwide logistics partner specializing heavily in drayage and intermodal transportation, with strong carrier relationships across the country.
But I've never wanted to build a company focused on moving the most freight. I want to build one known for taking care of its customers.
When Mad Mom's is attached to a shipment, my name and reputation are attached to it too.
If we make a mistake, we own it. If there's a problem, we work it. And if I don't believe we can provide the level of service a shipment requires, I'd rather be honest than take your money and hope for the best.
I'll choose a long-term relationship over a quick dollar every time.

I'm a business owner, but I'm a mom first. My family is why I started pushing for something bigger, and my faith continues to shape the woman and business owner I'm becoming.
My goal isn't simply to build a successful company. I want to build something with integrity, something my son can look at one day and be proud of.
No matter how much Mad Mom's grows, the foundation stays the same: Answer the phone. Tell the truth. Keep your word. Own your mistakes. Take care of your people. And don't forget where you came from.
