Quote policies

  • LTL quotes: LTL quotes are based on the dimensions, weight and product description provided. If any of that differs from the actual shipment when the carrier picks up, the price can differ from the original quote and the difference is passed to the customer.
  • Next-business-day pickup: Next-business-day pickup on containers, FTL or LTL requires the request before 2 PM EST. Requests after 2 PM EST may be scheduled two business days out. Requests after 5 PM EST are addressed the following business day.
  • Cancellation: Shipments cancelled within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a $150 cancellation fee.
  • Fuel surcharge: Due to the recent rise in fuel across the country, FSC is subject to change weekly without notice.
